Early in her educational career, which began at Bryant University, Attorney Dugan knew she wanted to dedicate herself to helping others in need. After attending Valparaiso University School of Law, she obtained both her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration. She has been admitted as a member to a number of professional associations, including the Monmouth County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Monmouth County Family Bar Association, and is a Trustee at the Legal Aid Society.
